Shipping Policy
 
  • In Stock items will generally ship the same day provided the order is placed before the 12:00 PM EST cutoff.
  • Free shipping on orders is valid for shipments made in the continental US only and do not include any one item over the 150 lb. weight limit imposed by the offered freight carriers.
  • Any orders with large items that need to be shipped via truck freight will incur an additional charge according to weight and freight charges charged by the trucking company. Items that are effected by this charge will have an indication on the description page for that item.
  • Expedited shipping and Saturday delivery is available and is as follows:
    • Next Day Air shipping is by UPS or Fed-Ex, as indicated by the customer in the shipping section of checkout and must be placed prior to the 12:00 PM EST cutoff.
    • 2nd Day Air shipping is available by either UPS or Fed-Ex, as indicated by the customer in the shipping section of checkout and must be placed prior to the 12:00 PM EST cutoff.
    • Saturday Delivery is available in most areas but if it is chosen and unavailable in your area, we will notify you. Saturday delivery shipments will also carry an additional charge of $13.00.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept money orders and certified checks for orders placed using the USPS and our mail in order form. Any money order or certified check orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of the payment. We now accept Google Checkout as well!
Sorry, we currently do not offer C.O.D. service.

  
Damaged Items, Returns, and Warranty Items

We recommend you examine your package upon receipt. If it looks damaged, have the driver make a note of it when it is delivered. If it is in fact damaged in transit, please call the carrier and one of our customer service representatives and we'll make arrangements to get the item back to us and credit your account.

If you need to return an item, please call or e-mail customer service for a return authorization number (RA#). This will help us expedite your return and the crediting of your account. Our policy is such that only new and complete items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Non-defective items returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to package the items in their original boxes and appropriately for the trip back to our warehouse. Including a copy of your packing slip will help expedite your return. Upon receipt, inspection and approval of your return you will be issued a refund, minus the restocking fee, to the credit card account you used to make the original purchase.

Make sure the package is shipped with the appropriate insured value and with a tracking number. Any returns must be sent prepaid freight -- freight collect shipments will be refused. Any delivery or return freight charges are non-refundable. Custom painted or powder coated parts are non returnable unless for reasons of damage in transit, in which case, it must be noted by the UPS driver upon you receipt.

Warranty items can be returned in the same manner as returns. When you call our customer service representative, they will ask you questions regarding replacement and credits. Upon receipt of the item, we will take the appropriate action based on the indications made during the conversation with the customer service representative.

 

Special Orders / Custom Painted Items
Special orders and custom painted items cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, a replacement part will be sent to the customer.

Electronic items
Electronics cannot be returned unless they're defective, in which case a replacement unit will be sent upon receipt of the defective item.
